Testing your blood lactate will determine where your training zones are. We do an incremental test either on the computrainer or treadmill depending if you would like to test your zones on the bike or running.  This is a great first step in training more efficiently and productively. Knowing your zones is essential for going hard when you need to go hard, as well as going easy when you are supposed to go easy. This is also an excellent test to do periodically to assess the success of your training program and track fitness improvements scientifically.  This is the gold standard for determining your training zones and fitness improvement.  If you do a maximal test we can also give you your predicted VO2 max.
