Your First Visit
Our goal at Ascent Physical Therapy is to ensure that all of our clients are receiving phenomenal care.
When you book your appointment with us we will ask that you wear comfortable clothing possibly shorts and to bring in your regular and athletic shoes if required. It is best to come at least ten minutes before your appointment to fill in all necessary paper work.
On your first visit we begin by asking you to fill in an intake form and additional forms if they are required. From there the physiotherapist will perform an assessment and treatment and they will explain their findings to you. Your treatment options will be discussed with specific goals in mind depending on your individual care.
Parking
The Town of Canmore has gone to a paid parking model for its downtown area. PARKING IS FREE at Ascent's Canmore office but clients need to register their vehilce at our front desk via an easy QR code. There is ample parking right infront of our front door!
