Garnett grew up in small town Saskatchewan and after a career in the trades followed his passion for rehabilitation. Garnett graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a bachelors of science in Kinesiology and Masters of Physiotherapy. He has enjoyed practicing in private and public heathcare settings through a lifelong dream of mountain living has led him from the prairies to Canmore. With a history in personal fitness endeavors such as competitive bodybuilding, Crossfit and powerlifting, Garnet has taken special interest in injury prevention and recovery, focusing on the management of general aches and pains to sport and lifestyle related injuries. In the pursuit of lifelong learning Garnett continues his education in dry needling, manipulative therapy, pain management and geriatric physiotherapy courses. His treatment philosophy involves a holistic approach to recovery, involving hands on, education and exercise based treatment strategies.
Garnett enjoys hiking, snowboarding, driving motorcycles and activity that allows him to spend time outside with his dog. He looks forward to serving the residents of Canmore and area in the years to come
